Arrival / Parking Instructions: Doors open at 7:45am. In the back parking lot by the athletics entrance.(Door #33)

Tournament Format & Features: Scratch weight, 4-person round-robin brackets when possible.

Registration & Cost: $20 Entry Fee (wrestlers) pre-registration only. Registration deadline is the night before event (1/9/26 by 8pm cst), no exceptions. To register/participate, all athletes must have a current 2025-26 USAW Athlete membership. See registration info tab for more details.

Divisions: Age Groups 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U (based on USAW birth year) and Qualifier division only (co-ed brackets). See divisions tab for more details.

Check-In / Weigh-Ins Process: Random Weight Audits will be done instead of full weigh-ins. Please see weigh in tab for further information. Check your wrestler in when they arrive at the event. You do not need to wait until their check in time.

• Session 1 - 8U Qualifier: Check-In 7:50-8:20am / Wrestling starts @ 8:40am
• Session 2 - 10U Qualifier: Check-In 9:30-9:50am / Wrestling starts @ 10:10am
• Session 3 - 12U Qualifier: Check-In 11:00-11:20am / Wrestling starts @ 11:40am
• Session 4 - 6U Qualifier / 14U Qualifier: Check-In 12:30-12;50am / Wrestling starts @ 1:10pm

Admissions / Payments: Cash, checks and Venmo will be accepted. $15 for adults. $5 for students and seniors. Free kids 5 and under. Coaches are free with a current 2025 MN/USA card.

Concessions: Available all day

Awards: 1st – 4th place

IMPORTANT NOTE: If your wrestler pulls out of the tournament, please call or send an email to the tournament director, Ashleigh Kolbow (amkolbow@gmail.com / 651-808-8780) so we are not waiting for your wrestler to start the session.
