** GIRLS DIVISION IN 4TH SESSION!

Arrival / Parking Instructions: Doors open at 7:45am. Park anywhere in the school lot, enter the building off of the Flag pole turnaround.

Tournament Format & Features: Scratch weight, 4-person round-robin brackets when possible. Girls divisioin participants will be separated by experience when possible. *TOURNAMENT WILL FEATURE PAID HIGH SCHOOL REFEREES! Gold Country officials will be used and large fieldhouse setting will lots of room for spectators.

Registration & Cost: $20 Entry Fee (wrestlers) pre-registration only. Must register by night before event (1/3/2026 by 8pm cst), no exceptions. To register/participate, all athletes must have a current 2025-26 USAW Athlete membership. Divisions: Age Groups 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U (based on USAW birth year). Co-Ed Qualifier & Girls Only divisions available for competition. 

Check-In / Weigh-Ins Process: Random Weight Audits will be done instead of full weigh-ins. Please see weigh in tab for further information. Check your wrestler in when they arrive at the event. You do not need to wait until their check in time.

• Session 1 - 8U Qualifier: Check-In 7:50-8:20am / Wrestling starts @ 8:40am
• Session 2 - 10U Qualifier: Check-In 9:30-9:50am / Wrestling starts @ 10:10am
• Session 3 - 12U Qualifier: Check-In 11:00-11:20am / Wrestling starts @ 11:40am
• Session 4 - 6U Qualifier / 14U Qualifier / Girls Only (all age groups): Check-In 12:30-12;50am / Wrestling starts @ 1:10pm

Admissions / Payments: Cash, checks and Venmo will be accepted. $10 General Admission; $5 Students and Seniors, Children under 5 are FREE. Coaches are free with a current 2024 MN/USA card

Concessions: Available all day

Awards: 1st – 4th place

IMPORTANT NOTE: If your wrestler pulls out of the tournament, please call or send an email to the tournament director, Roger Weinbrenner (rogersareayouthwrestling@gmail.com or  651-301-9004) so we are not waiting for your wrestler to start the session.
