Arrival: Doors open at 7:45am. Parking available on premises parking lot and public streets.

Format: Scratch weight. 4-man round-robin brackets when possible.

Check-In / Weigh-Ins Process: Random Weight Audits will be done instead of full weigh-ins. Please see weigh in tab for further information. Please check your wrestler in when they arrive at the event. You do not need to wait until their check in time. 

Schedule - Session based by age group/division: Full schedule noted below and on schedule tab. It is very important to arrive on time to keep the tournament on track. No shows will be removed from the tournament following the below check-in times. Plan ahead and arrive early.

• Session 1 - 8U Qualifier: Check-In 7:50-8:20am / Wrestling starts @ 8:40am
• Session 2 - 10U Qualifier: Check-In 9:30-9:50am / Wrestling starts @ 10:10am
• Session 3 - 12U Qualifier: Check-In 11:00-11:20am / Wrestling starts @ 11:40am
• Session 4 - 6U Qualifier / 14U Qualifier: Check-In 12:30-12;50am / Wrestling starts @ 1:10pm

Registration Cost: $20 Entry Fee (wrestlers) pre-registration is mandatory. Registration closes day before event on 11/21 @ 8pm. See registration tab for more details.

Membership: All participants to register/participate must have a current 2025-26 USAW Athlete membership. 

Divisions: Age groups include 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U. Competition division will include co-ed "qualifier" division only. See Divisions for more information. 

Admissions: $7 general admission/$20 family max.  FREE admission to children 5 and under, Coaches with a current MNUSA Leader card or Active/Retired Military. Cash only accepted.

Concessions: Available all day CASH ONLY

Awards: 1st – 4th place

IMPORTANT NOTE: If your wrestler pulls out of the tournament, please call or send an email to the tournament director (Joe Grasser - joegrasser1@gmail.com / 5073175567) so we are not waiting for your wrestler to start the session.
