**New for this year's event includes a BEGINNERS division for all age groups in SESSION #5 (@ 2pm)**

Arrival: Park in the west parking lot (door 13) or south parking lot (Door 1, main entrance). Doors will open at 7:45am.

Membership / Eligibility: A current 2025-26 USAW Athlete membership is required to register/participate. The Girls or Beginner divisions (only) allow wrestlers to register without annual USAW membership through the a “Take-A-Shot” 1 Day membership initiative, at a cost of $10. See information available on the Membership tab on how to purchase. Age groups include 6U/8U/10U/12U/14U (see birth years on divisions tab).

Format: Scratch weight. 4-man round-robin brackets when possible.

Weigh-Ins: We will NOT be doing a full-blown on-site weigh-in of every wrestler. We will use the weight that the parents signed their wrestler up at during registration to pre-build all the brackets. We are using the “Honor System” with parents to correctly select their wrestlers’ weight class. We will be doing random weight audits of several bracket each session. During check-in, selected wrestlers will be sent over to weight audit. Their weight needs to be within 3% of whatever weight their parents pre-registered them at. For example, if the parent pre-registered their wrestler at 50lbs, their wrestler can weigh no more than 51.5lbs. If a wrestler is over-weight, the parent and wrestler must report to the head table immediately. The wrestler will then be removed from the tournament and no refundwill be given.

Check-In Process: All wrestlers must check in when they arrive at the event - at any time - as you do not need to wait until their check in time.

• Session 1 - 8U Qualifier: Check-In 7:50-8:20am / Wrestling starts @ 8:40am
• Session 2 - 10U Qualifier: Check-In 9:30-9:50am / Wrestling starts @ 10:10am
• Session 3 - 12U Qualifier: Check-In 11:00-11:20am / Wrestling starts @ 11:40am
• Session 4 - 6U Qualifier / 14U Qualifier + Girls Only (all age groups): Check-In 12:30-12:50am / Wrestling starts @ 1:10pm
• Session 5 - Beginners Bash - All Age Groups (6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U): Check-In 2:00 - 2:20pm / Wrestling starts @ 2:40pm
• NOTE: Check your registration receipt from USA Bracketing for which division you registered for.

Divisions: Event will feature 6U/8U/10U/12U/14U age groups with 3 different division including Qualifier (co-ed), Girls & "Beginners Bash" (co-ed). Participants CAN double register if they'd like, so as long as each division does not conflict with competition during the same session. See the "Schedule" tab for when your wrestler's age group & division will begin to properly time your arrival. of each division and the "Division" tab for more info on each. Be sure to check which division is appropriate - Qualifier & Beginner are in separate divisions and session times!

• Qualifier Division for 6U & 8U (qualification to State) and 10U, 12U (qualification to Regionals) and 14U (all will auto-qualify to Regionals). Entrants may also earn R.E.P.S. points as well. See schedule above for session timing for all qualifier divisions. 
• Beginner Division for all less experienced 6U/8U/10U/12U/14U. For this division only, no qualification points will be granted and all wrestlers must be 1st or 2nd year wrestlers, or 3rd (with no previous state or regional qualifiers allowed). Entry governance will be granted to each tourney director. This session for all beginner age groups in the same session begins at 2pm in Session #5.
• Girls Divison - For all female wrestlers features no qualifier points, but MN/USA State is an open tournament. REPS points are available for year-end awards. 

Registration Cost: $20 Entry Fee (wrestlers) and all registration will be done online via pre-registration process only. Pre-registration is mandatory through USA Bracketing (link below). A current MN/USA card or 1 day membership (for Girls or Beginner division) is needed to register and participate at the tournament. No walk-up/same day registration allowed. During registration, it is highly recommended to enter a weight that your wrestler will be comfortably no more than 3% above. See pre-registration instructions on the Registration tab. The registration deadline is @ 8pm, no exceptions. Plan ahead so you don't miss the deadline! NO REFUNDS if you do not compete at the tournament for any reason).

Admissions: General admission is $7 per person, Children under 5 years old are free. All coaches will get in FREE with a current 2025-26 MN/USA Leader Membership card
