Schedule:

1. Doors open at 7:00 a.m
2. Coaches meeting at 7:40
3. Session #1 (All GIRLS) begin at 8:00
4. Session #2 (All BOYS 6U, 10U, 14U) Open & Novice divisions) starts at approximately 10:00 a.m
5. Session #3 (All BOYS 8U + 12U) (Open & Novice divisions) starts at approximately 2:00 p.m

Format:

1. Double elimination brackets used when possible: CUSTOM BRACKETS AWARDED TO THE WINNER of each bracket.
2. Round Robin brackets may be used if necessary.
3. Weight classes are subject to consolidation to pair wrestlers of similar size and experience levels.

Registration and Fees:

1. Register online at www.usabracketing.com
2. $30 per wrestler NON-REFUNDABLE (pay online)
3. Entry deadline: Sunday, January 11th 2025 by 9:00p.m. or until it is full.

Admission:

1. $5.00 (12 and under and 60 and over are free)
2. Coaches are free with a USAW coaches card.

Weigh-in Information:

1. By Tuesday, January 13th: Clubs will receive an email with weight-in instructions.
2. By Saturday, January 17th at 5:00 p.m., Clubs will enter their wrestlers’ weights. You can enter your weight as early as 5:00 p.m.On Friday, January 16th
3. Skin Checks and Weigh Ins must be conducted by a USAW Bronze certified coach during homesite weigh-ins.

Awards:

1. Custom Awards for 1st place in Novice Divisions.
2. Custom Medals (THE INFAMOUS BIG BOBCAT) For 1st place in Open Divisions
3. Medals for 2nd through 4th in each bracket.

Rules:

1. KSHSAA rules, as modified by USAWKS, Kansas Kids rules apply.
