Preseason Prep Camp - West Region

camp schedule:

Friday, Oct 10

5:30pm - coaches will be on-site, please dont show up earlier

Session 1: 6-8pm / Terrell Barraclough

Saturday Oct 11

Session 2:  8-10am / Kirk White 

Session 3: 11am - 1pm / Kirk White 

All sessions will include: technique, drilling and live wrestling

We are excited for our next training camp opportunity to help wrestlers prepare for the upcoming season & for national preseason events.

Sessions will be designed for experienced high school & middle school age wrestlers including: instruction & training to help wrestlers with building the early season base critical for success during the high school season and beyond.

Sessions will be led by Coaches Terrel Barraclough (D-1 All American) & Kirk White (3 x D-1 All American and National Champion)

Camp will be high level prep training for wrestlers looking to gain an edge on the competition

- please send a water bottle with your wrestler so they can stay hydrated

-all wrestlers are required to have a current USA Wrestling membership
