-All TCWA tournaments are USA Wrestling sanctioned tournaments with site/event insurance.

-Age groups:  We use CALUSAW age group divisions https://www.ca-usaw.org/page/show/1110897-age-and-weight-divisions

-Weight classes: weights are pooled based on participants, 5 and under round robins, over 5 brackets, we do not allow athletes to wrestle two weights in same age group.

TCWA highly discourages weight loss.  Your child will be pooled with athletes similar to their weight.  We will spot check kids day of tournament, kids must be within 3 lbs. of weight entered during pre-registration, if overweight Coach and Wrester will be pulled from tournament (no refund).  2nd offense Coach and wrestler will be suspended for season.

Payment methods: Gate admittance and athlete registration will be cashless methods, Snackbar will accept cash.

• kids under the age of 6 free, $5 dollars for children over the age of 6 years old, $10 for Adult

•  Late registration will be charged $25 for all age groups up to a half hour after the initial deadline

Weigh in/Check in:

• Those preregistered will enter weight online and we will spot check weights at event.

Bracket validation- we will validate brackets by having athletes check in at weigh-ins, we will scratch any no shows from preregistration and make any necessary corrections prior to the start of wrestling. All preregistered athletes must check in by the age group cutoff times, 8:30 am for youth age athletes and 10:30 am for high school athletes on the morning of event. Failure to do so will result in you not being placed in a bracket.

Wrestling Start Time: 8am mats open for warm up for youth aged athletes 9am estimated start time for youth age groups, 10:30 am mats open to High school aged athletes for warm up 11 am estimated start for High School matches 

*USA Cards will be required to wrestle.

All wrestlers must show their card at each tournament.

All Spectators must remain in the stands please do not crowd the mats

All individuals on the mat must be a usaw athlete or a USAW leadership card holder

Coaches must register through the USAW Coaches Band tab on event page and show current USA card with a Valid Profile Picture to get Coaches wristband to coach mat side.

No Exhibition matches will be allowed as they are not covered by the USAW Sanctioning Insurance
