Age Groups: USA Wrestling Juniors (9/1/2006- 9/1/2010 and enrolled in 9th-12th grade) for Junior Men and Women*. Senior Men and Women: born before 8/31/2006. All athletes must be Jewish in order to compete in this event.

* Any Junior athlete enrolled in 11th or 12th grade may elect to compete in the Senior division.

Style: Freestyle. Period Length: 2 3 minute periods with a 30 second rest between.

April 5, 2025: Lions of Maccabi Wrestling Event & Fundraiser

Friends of Maccabi USA Wrestling:

Please join us on April 5 and 6, 2025, for a wrestling event and fundraiser at the Kaiserman JCC (45 Haverford Rd. Penn Wynne, PA 19096). All funds raised will support the needs of Maccabi USA Wrestling and our Lindsay Durlacher Endowment for Wrestling.

We will kick things off on Saturday, April 5 from 8-10 pm with a reception and keynote address from Amit Elor, Gold Medalist for the United States in Women's Wrestling at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Additionally, we will hear from Maccabi USA leadership and members of the Israeli National Wrestling team. Light fare will be served.

On Sunday, April 6, we will hold an all-day Junior and Senior wrestling tournament for men and women. Registration to participate in the tournament can be completed here. We will start off the day with a technique clinic with Amit Elor from 9-10 am, followed by the tournament. 

We look forward to seeing you on April 5 and 6 at the Kaiserman JCC. Please register below for the reception on Saturday night.
