Standard Beach Wrestling Rules

• 1 point for takedown or pushout

• 3 points for feet to back

• One 3-minute period

• First to 3 points win

1. Age Groups/Weight Class

6u, 8u, 10u, 12u, 14u, High School & Open

Weights will be Madison Brackets

1. Times

 Weigh-Ins 10:45 am 11:45 am    

Rules/ Skills Clinic starts at noon

Wrestling Starts at 1        

1. Awards Top 2 in each bracket

2. Scorekeeping The old-Fashion way with paper brackets and bout sheets.

3. Registration: Open to any wrestler with a current USA Card.                                          Cost: $30 

4. FREE SPECTATOR ADMISSION
