4:00 PM              Jump Rope Training for Wrestlers

As a proud partner of USA Wrestling, Rx Smart Gear is excited to discuss optimal training mechanics to maximize the use of the jump rope for high intensity conditioning as well as an effective warm up tool.  Once the basic foundation of jump rope mechanics is covered, discussion will focus on the various ropes that produce different stimulus to the athlete which, when coupled with wrestling specific movement exercises, creates an extremely effective conditioning program for your wrestlers.

Craig Pokorny (Flowrestling) and Desi Kaplan (Kap Wrestling) will provide an overview of how to maximize effectiveness in FloArena when running tournaments.

6:00 PM              Increasing Exposure for Recruitable Athletes

During this virtual session, Scott Lefker, Director of Regional Recruiting and Team Solutions with NCSA will be providing NCAA recruiting updates and how you can assist your athletes by building their online presence and the simple steps they can take to jumpstart their recruiting journey and become searchable by college coaches.

7:00 PM              Expansion of High School Girls Wrestling

Andrea Yamamoto and USA Wrestling board of directors member Joan Fulp will provide an overview of the recent efforts to expand high school girls wrestling nationwide.
