4:00 PM              USA Wrestling Safe Sport

Laura Peeters, USA Wrestling’s Independent Safe Sport Consultant, will provide information concerning individual member, chartered club and state association responsibilities concerning Safe Sport.

5:00 PM              National State Chairpersons Council

Following a recap of the 2019-20 membership season by USA Wrestling Director of State Services Tony Black, the National State Chairpersons Council will discuss and potentially vote on items that came from the National Convention on Monday, August 10th. Though the meeting is open to any member of USA Wrestling to attend, only one member (typically the state chair) is able to vote on behalf of the state association. The election for the council chairperson, currently Steve Thorpe from Oregon, will also take place during this meeting.
